Furrest City is excited to bring you a full-fledged Dealers Den this year! Come join us for a place to find unique art and other wares for sale, and consider bridging something home and remember your visit to the furry side of Cleveland!

We are seeking artists and dealers of all types to help bring a diverse variety of merchandise and a taste of the fandom’s artistic prowess to our attendees! Please see below for this year’s application, as well as important information and vendor policies. We’re eager to see what this year brings!

Dealers Den Application (Closes 7/29/26)

Tabling Fee, Full Space | $55

6ft x 4ft space, including Table, 2 Chairs, Membership Badge, and 1 Assistant*

*Assistant must register and pay for separate membership badge

Only Full Tables will be available for this year’s event.

  • Table Sharing will be considered if notified in advanced!

Important Information!

  • All prospective Dealers must be 18 years or older by the start of the event.
  • The Application Period is set to commence on July 19th, and close for inquiries July 29th (10 days).
  • All applicants will be notified of their status by August 15th or sooner.
  • Please be ready to cover your table fee promptly if accepted, as it will be due within a week (7 days) of receiving your confirmation email.
  • If not initially accepted for a table, applicants will be placed on the waitlist for vacated space. This may occur within the payment period or up until the day of the event.
  • All Vendors must have an Ohio Tax License Number to collect Ohio State Sales Tax within Vendor Spaces, including this year’s Dealer’s Den. Proof of such documentation will be asked for and required to present either prior to or at the event.
  • If a Dealer needs to cancel, they may do so by September 12th for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after September 12th, but obligations can be released after that point.
  • This year’s event does NOT include a hotel block. All accepted dealers must arrange their own lodging, if necessary. We will provide a list of local hotels upon acceptance.
