Welcome to Furrest City

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization operating out of Cleveland, Ohio. We aim to connect the local furry community while celebrating the city and its amenities by running fun and accessible events- from fur walks to game nights and rapid rides.

Furrest City originated in 2024 after we noticed a lack of transit-accessible events in the Greater Cleveland area and a lack of events in the city of Cleveland. Our efforts at supporting the furry community soon evolved into an attempt to bring back a furry convention to the Cleveland area after Confurence East 1996 ended almost 30 years ago. Furrest City is named after “Forest City,” a nickname for the city of Cleveland.
